Q: Outgoing Email Accounts

Just got the deal and exploring. If this has been answered, please point me in the right direction. But I see a many to one relationship with email accounts. Multiple emails can flow into Zipchat, but it can only respond from one email. In my case, we are hoping to get a many to many email functionality. Each user emailing to a certain email, is expecting a response from that email itself. The Use Case and nature of emails also differs per email account.
Do we have that feature?

A: Hello Taha43 and thank you for your interesting in Zipchat AI.

Right now with Zipchat you can train one AI agent and connect it to a single email account. Therefore if you are not planning to channel all of your first support conversation into a single email you would need to create multiple AI Agents (each connected to a different email account).
We are actively looking to improve the product so I shared this feature request to our product team so they can review it for future development.
