Let say i have 2 chatbots, 1 is Zipchat 1 is another, can i rule when Zipchat should jump in and when the other should? Auto switch like that? Which platforms can do that?

- Site 1 = AI Agent 1, where you can prompt all the scenarios/things you want it to do
- Site 2 = AI Agent 2, where you can prompt all the scenarios/things you want it to do
Only scenario where it could make sense have 2 different deployment on the same site can be for example:
- 1 for front-end (marketing site, funnel for example), very specifically trained and prompted for Sales
- 1 for back-end (membership site, SaaS app, course, etc), very specifically trained and prompted for Support
With that being said, we use our technology ourself, and we only have 1 for both website sales and app support.
