Just saw a new feature announced today: “Unused usage charges now roll over — purchased additional message packs carry forward to the next billing month.” - does it apply to AppSumo recurring unused credits also?

Edited Mar 5, 2026A: Hey! Good catch, but this doesn't apply to AppSumo users. That feature is for our regular (non-AppSumo) users who purchase one-time reply top-ups at $49 per 250 replies. If they have unused replies at the end of their cycle, those carry forward.
For AppSumo users, your monthly reply allowance doesn't roll over, and neither do the monthly replies in the standard monthly plans.
So, the roll over applies ONLY to extra replies bought:
- for you mean to the addon bought replies
- for monthly users, to the extra replies packages
Those are already a much better deal by comparison. 🙏
