Ie advise on what products are available depending where they are in the funnel?
Can this be used with thrivecart?

Yes you can use it for consulting and have the agent recommend products based on specific question you train the agent to ask. You can do full quizzes and tests by using the additional instructions provided in the platform.
Thank you. What I mean is. Someone might be at an entry point for a product recommendation, and could also be further down the line ( more advanced and has done the basics).
Can this be trained to ask questions to see where they are at? To see what their understanding is, before recommending something?
Yes! considering that Zipchat always knows from which page the customer is writing from. So, if the customer is on a specific page that usually is reached after some initial validation, you can train Zipchat to reply in a different way.
