I'm a ZipChat Sumo-ling — purchased Tier 1 during the AppSumo campaign about 45 days ago. I've been running ZipChat on my Shopify store and love the product, but I'm hitting the 400 reply/month ceiling faster than expected.

I saw your note on AppSumo Q&A saying you'd make sure to provide a good option for Sumo-lings who need higher volume. I'd love to take you up on that — specifically, I'm looking to upgrade to the equivalent of Tier 3 (1,600 replies/month).
