Running my store on Shopify, I was spending 2+ hours a day on various support questions. It took few mins to plug Zipchat and point it to our product pages... and it is now handling real customer chats! Quite impressed the way it handles real-life, product-specific details right — a customer asked about colors and matching items - and the answers are spot-on. The proactive chat triggers are clever too, caught a few almost-abandoned carts right away. Only gripe: if your product descriptions are sparse, the AI reflects that. Given the time saveings, the $89 lifetime is a no brainer for me.
