If you are on the line about purchasing ZipChat, do yourself this favour:
Visit their website and use the agent to enquire about the product or the AppSumo deal in any language. I tested 3 of our local official languages (English, Afrikaans and Zulu) and the quality of the interactions simply blew me away!
The agent is well trained and (for the first time ever!) I did not experience a smidgen of the usual frustration of dealing with AI agents. The agent provided useful, knowledgable answers to every question I had and, when it reached it a point where it could not answer my question, smoothly handed the ticket over to human support.
The quality of Ruslan's tutorial videos are great and the current feature set is mind blowing! Having an AI agent follow up with a potential or actual customer with full context of their website actions/interactions? Absolutely amazing!
My ONLY quibble is that it seems to be slightly skewed towards Shopify at the moment although almost all features are available for Woocommerce too. If they implement all features for both platforms I see this becoming one of my best AppSumo purchases ever.

Testing in English, Afrikaans AND Zulu is the kind of real-world stress test we love to hear about, and the fact that it held up across all three says a lot about the underlying AI quality we've worked hard to build.
