I have been trying to contact support for more than 10 days to use 3 of 8 agents I bought on the higher plan and it’s useless, impossible to get in contact nor a solution from them if you write. The only thing you can do is to talk with their own bot, which honestly it’s not very good escalating tickets. Or if it does escalate them, these guys simply don’t care.
I liked the platform, but a solution that supposedly help you increase revenue instead ends costing time, effort, and wasted sales opportunities. Zero respect for their customers now… I can only imagine this will get worse in the future.
