we understand your frustration, but how is it our fault if you bought a licences and didn't upgrade it time? It was always explained everywhere, with multiple countdowns that the listing would have last 30 days.

We also answered in multiple questions about this and recommending to buy bigger plans and in case just refund them (60 days time after the end of the campaign) if you didn't like the product.

This kind of reviews is very sad cause it's not reflecting nor the quality of the product, nor the team effort to strive for the best possible experience but it's just a result of someone personal strategy not applying.

Again, we get where you are feelings are coming from and that you might not have read about when the campaign was ending, but according to AppSumo you already bought 41 deals here and you are a Plus member, so you should know how it works and that campaigns have an expiry date.
