2. CNAME is required for white-labeling your survey domain name. By default, survey links you send from Zonka Feedback have a link like this: https://us1.zonka.co/surveyID. Using CNAME you can change it to something like this: https://feedback.yourcompanyname.com/surveyID.
3. You can upgrade and downgrade between license tiers anytime, till the AppSumo deal is live.
4. You can embed forms as long as ClickUp allows you to do so. We havenāt tried it with ClickUp yet. Your customers donāt have to register with us.

Thank you. I took some time to go through your site which is self explanatory. I believe your platform is superior. I like the Shopify integration to be standard. Itās missing integromat. I left Zapier itās hype and expensive

We have noted the integration with Integromat in our feature requests and would be getting to it if we do get enough requests. Shopify is already included in our Tier 3 and onwards as a Premium integration and it's great for e-commerce and online surveys.
