1. Yes, this includes unlimited responses per month.
2. Yes, you can download all your responses in CSV.
3. Questions can be customized within Zonka Feedback with the survey builder, but not with Javascript.
4. We do have 30+ question types including rating, matrix/Likert scale, but don't currently support card sorting questions.
5. Everything mentioned in the deal is included š no hidden costs there!
6. I see a lot of overlaps between the two software, but here's what I think differentiates us - we offer extremely engaging and great-looking surveys, in-depth reporting, the ability to take action and close the feedback loop with custom alerts, tasks for teams, collaborative response inbox.
7. We are hosted with AWS and servers are located in the US.
