3. Can you share an example clarifying survey vs feedback vs polls vs quizzes in Zonka?
1. Ideally pick a plan based on the limits you're looking for. If you need CNAME / white-listing then pick Tier 3. Yes, we give Growth Plan Features (not limits) for honest reviews on G2 and Capterra. We also are giving double of your plan Website Visitor Limits for reviews on AppSumo and G2. You can avail both the offers on any tier.
2. Sending Emails is as a Survey Emails. You can also configure automated emails to be sent to Respondents after they have completed the survey
3. Surveys would end with the Thank You screen. Quiz will calculate number of questions answered correctly and will have the ability to display the score at the end of the survey. Like 9/10, 6/10. Polls will calculate percentage and number of people who have picked different choices. These can have a summary displayed in the end.

You can sync/add up to 50 External Users in your plan. External Users are your users that you can get rating for from customers, like Support Agents. Based on ratings for External Users, you can see your Team Report in Analytics.
Hi Sonika. Thank you for your detailed reply. However, it still needs some more clarification. 1. So it's 50 external users regardless of what Tier I am on? I can have 50 external users if I am on Tier 1? 2. External users are a very important factor for many of us. However, I see no mention (leave alone the sanctioned number for each tier) either in your Appsumo app/plan descriptions, on the pricing page on your website, or in the docs. How did you reach this specific number 50? Also, I think the limits could be a bit more generous regarding external users (doubled at least). Thank you and have a great day :)
