Youāre absolutely right - the survey ecosystem is quite vast and most tools, like us, try to master each one gradually, instead of being the jack of all trades š
At Zonka Feedback, besides surveys, we focus a lot on providing a platform to measure customer feedback and create better customer experiences.
I truly appreciate your input. Adding polls to the suite is a great suggestion and we will add it to our Feature Requests. If we do get enough requests, we would be happy to move it to our roadmap.

where can I have the community vote on that?
I have health clinics that are looking for both anonymous ipad voting when a patient leaves, as well as email verified poll voting in customer suggestion campaigns, which is in a way, surveying customers.
Having one similar to Facebook polls would also be ideal where the quantity of votes and the ability to add new suggestions would also be great.
I can discuss on a call further if need be.
