Say 1-7 they get lead after to a feedback form, 8-10 they get lead to a review site?

Yes, we're adding conditional redirection shortly using which you'd be able to set conditions for users / respondents to be redirected to different links based on what options they clicked.

I didn't clear understand the second question - could you help me with it? If you mean the survey should automatically restart - that is possible in Offline Surveys on devices. For Offline Surveys, you can set a time (like 30 seconds, 60 seconds or similar) for the survey to restart after it has been completed.
