Hi! On one side I love how Zonka Feeedback is focused on mobile layout but on the other I kinda miss some more layout/design options for desktop, which is still very important to many of our customers. But regardless, this one is a keeper, very glad we purchased it. Also looking forward for new features as product keeps getting better. Also support was helpful when we ran into some difficulties setting up the white label, they were responding fast and their help was understandable and accurate. If you are looking for a survey/feedback/rating platform you should ccheck this one out.
