Five Tacos for an Amazing tool
Zonka Feedback is amazing. It is one of the best tools that do what it does on the market. Although it is label feedback, Zonka is an effective tool that can be used to collect data for all purposes. My first use case is market research and pricing research. For me especially, Zonka is a great alternative to Survey Monkey.
Major things I like:
- Ease of use. No need of major tech knowledge to create create survey
- SMS sending ability. Amazing this was included in this Lifetime deal.
- CNAME and White label to some point. We all like CNAME. It is good for brand identity and brand awareness.
- CX Metrics (NPS, CES, CSAT)
- Zonka can be used as an effective CRM software, even though some key features are missing.
- Integration to key tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, Intercom, Hubspot, etc.
Things that would improve the product:
* The ability to change page format and put many question on one page (now it is 1 question per page)
* The ability to add number field in forms without using regex code (this is the way it is now)
* The ability to allow file upload would be great.
* CNAME configuration is too tedious at this point. Knowledgeable user should have the ability to configure CNAME with delay or the intervention of Zonka support.
* The ability to change SMS Header. This is important. They say this will be live soon. I hope it will not be as tedious as the CNAME.
One more thing: * Tag should be included on this deal. especially the highest Tier. It seems unfair to offer all this capability in the Tier 5 without allowing users to create Tag survey takers. NOT COOL.

Also, thank you for sharing your feedback on how we can improve. A few of these are already in Zonka Feedback and mentioned below.
1. It is possible to add multiple questions in one screen in Zonka Feedback.
For this, just bring your mouseover to the screen (in the Survey Builder) on which you'd like to add multiple questions, click on the checkbox to add multiple questions and it becomes a multi question screen. We also have the ability to create long forms (with all questions in one screen).
2. Add number field in forms - possible while regex right now, as you mentioned. But based on your feedback, we're adding common validations for text fields as a one-click option while adding text fields. Thanks 😊
3. File Upload question is available. You can choose the question 'Image Capture / File Upload' from the General Questions while creating your survey.
4. I totally agree with you. CNAME configuration isn't straightforward right now. We're already working on automating it and would be available next week onwards.
5. The ability to change SMS Header is coming 😊 We will make sure it's without any intervention.
6. Adding Tags is included in all Tiers. These are very helpful in tagging, filtering responses and reports. Now Tier 5 also includes Tag Analytics reports.
