I consider reputation management vital to the growth of my business. Zonka already provides a very robust platform, but after speaking with Sonika about what is on their roadmap (explanation below), it was a must-purchase for me.

I have big plans for working with Zonka, but already I see the value in this product. It took me less than 5 minutes to create a beautiful email survey that I could send to my customers. I've used survey builders in the past that are clunky and don't allow me to send something that's truly on-brand. Zonka's customization is fantastic. From logos, colors, and fonts, Zonka enables me to send something that aligns with my brand image.

The dashboards are very easy to navigate. I can easily manage my surveys, view the responses, and stay in touch with my customers. Having that kind of usability right out of the box is helpful. Intuitive UI is one of the most important aspects of a product when I'm looking to invest.

Lastly, I am VERY excited about something on the roadmap: Conditional redirect. This would mean that in your survey, if a customer rates you a 4-5 out of 5, you could redirect them to your chosen site (Google, Trust Pilot, etc.) and they would be asked to submit their review there. To me, this is incredibly valuable because it turns Zonka into a reputation marketing platform.

So far, I'm impressed with Zonka and look forward to the evolution of the product.
