I had tons of apps for creating online Forms, Surveys and getting customer feedbacks. Ranging from Qwary, BlockSurvey, Woorise, and even Elfsight and Powr can also create the survey forms. I did not really think about grabbing another deal. But when I see Zonka, I still feel there seem to be differences.

And I was not wrong. Zonka does bring difference. It is not a general form / survey app, I think Zonka focuses on practical customer experience surveys. I love that the app shows a mockup version of Ipad for mobile customer survey, I like that it can be set up to collect surveys from various means (web, SMS, offline, e-mail, app etc.). It is like a full-round tools specifically for customer experience surveys. Despite there may be various opinions, but for me customer surveys still play an important role. And Zonka handles this niche really well, with comprehensive sets of options.

All in all, it is a tool I never thought I will buy. But I am convinced now, because Zonka really makes a difference in this niche - and I only realise how important it is when I used Zonka.
