mp4 videos? I've started a trial and I got a message that this ability is 'not in my plan'...?

I'm probably most interested in the Slack integration?
Does Slack post all contributions (videos, audio, text comments) to a specific channel from the Zooc workplace? Are there limits on the Slack sync?
