Q: Hi welcome to AppSumo.
I would like to know, for example if we share a recorded video with someone, do they have to create an account with Zooc to interact and view it? or am I missing something here?

As of now public users can't interact with your content but we have in our road map a "Guest" user which can be used for this purpose.

So what is the workaround for this scenario? Is a "guest" user required to create a zooc account in order to act with the content, as of now?

You can invite the guest users just like a team member from the Users menu. Though, they would have to create an account on Zooc.
