Q: What is a user?
So if I am working on project 1 and there were 12 people involved, then I finish that project and start project 2 with new people, then that's it I can not use this app anymore?

That is correct. You can delete the existing users to free up space for inviting new users. If you want more users, you can stack up more AppSumo codes.
