You can use our platform to find mutually available time for a meeting (event/webinar) that has not been pre-booked for a specific date along with standard meetings. The product team is looking into the feasibility of having the option to book into a pre-set event and I will be sure to voice your suggestion.

2) 'If I have a hair salon for instance, can a client choose one person, then book on his available time? It's important when managing a service business or a coaching service with multiple coaches.'

Yes! You can use our round-robin feature on our team plan to have a member of your team have a meeting with your client based on their preferred availability. For more information on this please refer to our FAQ:

3) 'If person A was booked, is it possible that he directly gets the invite + confirmation?'

Yes - the person that gets selected through the round-robin function receives a notification of the booked meeting along with the attendee.
