When are you guys planning on adding that?
It must be an oversight. I don't know any scheduling app without that feature. In the coaching industry, we typically redirect the client to a questionnaire. Adding the questionnaire before they schedule reduces the chance that they will answer the questions since there's no pre-commitment.
I am not even sure one can reverse the process in your app; meaning adding the questions after they schedule. Hope that make sense. Of course, something as simple as changing the color in the embed code to stay consistent with my branding would be a nice touch as well.

I agree, right now clients are filling out the questionairre and I'm getting that but they don't follow through and pay in Zoom. ai, so that questionairre is useless and clogs up my email and makes things confusing.

When the invitee answers those questions you have created, you will be notified of the response (or lack of one) via email or your preferred notification medium regardless of if that invitee follows through with the meeting flow and books/confirms a time with you.
