I just tried to go to zoom.ai to find it has disappeared. I assume that zoom.com had something to do with it but surprised i didn't hear anything if they changed the name or are they just gone?
I actually really like Calendly, but can't pass up a good LTD! I was previously using MeetFox because of the integrated video and it was an LTD but Zoom.ai is soo much more feature rich and enterprise capable. 3 things that made me switch from MF are: lack of API/integrations, redirect feature is faulty and answers to prospect questions are all text fields, not dropdown/etc - Zoom.ai has all of this!
I'm surprised I missed this first time around, but luckily, I'm a Plus member and the Last Chance came back!
What I love: Responsive support, unlimited meetings, the integrations (so many, inc. Integrately.com + Salesflare), the flexibility of the scheduling, the team collaborators, so much more!
What I don't love: It's trickier to set everything up the way you want it, compared to Calendly and MeetFox, but persist and it's just much better than either of them! I really hope this is a mainstay!
If you're a Plus member and are thinking to get a new booking/meeting system, look no further! Grab at least 2 codes to save the future heartache!

Just bought and quickly ran through the setup. Had a couple of notifications today from Ava for meetings I had already scheduled, so that's all working nicely. The one thing that I can't figure out is adding Zoom as an integration - on the help pages it shows it there as an option, but it's not showing up on my account. Not the end of the world, but I would definitely like to get that sorted out. I'll dig a bit deeper when I have the time :)
Fine work though. Nice, easy setup, nothing too complicated, and a decent GUI in the back end

In the meanwhile, you can copy & paste your zoom.us static link under the 'Location and Conferencing' section in your meeting types for it to...
Being able to charge in a major currency such as the Euro is really important. Most of my customers are in Europe and I am now trying to find a workaround as its not fully integrated with my Euro site. I hope this in on the roadmap or else it will be used just for non-chargeable meetings.
The plus points is that I can set up free Creative Consultations seamlessly and after a few issues with the Microsoft calendar, I can use a Google calendar easily enough. I've trialled this and the Assistant is brilliant. I'll keep it for this purpose, but please add Euro payment as an option.
