A: Hi Thomas! The accounts are single user. Multiple users are on the long term roadmap, but to be frank it is not on the short term roadmap as most of our users are solo users or small teams.

A) I would like to know if the GPT4 feature will be released this year?
Also, will LTD unlimited plan members have rights to this feature or only monthly paying members?
B) Recently I had two LTD accounts deleted because they said I wasn't using the tool. (They didn't send any email alerting me about this, they just excluded me), the question is, do you have a policy for deleting LTD accounts?

i ask for refund too but appsumo team delay in response and said they will check on it. End up appsumo team brushed me off by saying its over the refund period. Which i contacted them before the 1 year mark. Now they Appsumo gone MIA from my response.

Hi Ai! Yes, you can still upgrade Zupyak to Unlimited for $99 later before the deal ends. If I were you, I will get Tier 2 today because the deal ends in 21 hours. Please note that once a deal has sold out of the AppSumo marketplace, you will only see the option to downgrade in your account as there are no additional licensing tiers available for purchase.
