A: Hi there,

1. Yes, you can set your price as "0" to collect emails, or paid. You can even set it to "0" but also pay-what-you-want at the same time, so your buyers can optionally pay for your product.

2. You can upload anything that's downloadable and that you have the copyright to. We send all files as a zipped file in a download link via email.

3. By default, the download links sent via email are one-time use to prevent abuse. If your user needs to download it again for whatever reason, you can resend him a download link from the Transactions page. In the future, we'll build a user login interface for buyers to access their purchases.
