Q: Can you sell a digital file package?
I'm just wondering if you can create a package of jpg ads for example that also have PDFs included in the package so that it's a big package of stuff they can get.
Also, after the user purchases the product, how does the file download work? Will I need to host my files in a link elsewhere like Google Drive and have the download link included in the confirmation email, or will Zylvie send the files somehow?

1. Yes, you can sell a file package.
You can even sell multiple packages per product by setting up multiple plans/tiers.
2. No no no, you'll never need to host your own files.
That would defeat the purpose of our platform.
We host the files for you, we handle the post-purchase fulfillment for you, you don't have to do anything.
What we do is after a buyer purchases:
A. We automatically send them a receipt and email containing the download links to the products.
B. The download links are one-time use only.
C. Multiple files will be downloaded in a zipped file format.
D. If you need to resend the download link for any reason, you can do that from your Transactions page.
E. You can further protect your PDF files, if you want, by enabling PDF watermark stamping under Settings > Preferences.
