Q: Collect manual/off-platform payments
Hi
I am considering tier 3 or 4 but in tier 4 you talk about : Collect manual/off-platform payments
Is that banktransfer option? Can you explain please?
Is tier 3 the same as the package "Slayer" on you website and tier 4 the 'Powerhouse" package?

Manual payments are more common in countries where online payments are the norm.
It allows you to "collect orders" and then process them off the platform with those customers, whatever the method (e.g. bank transfer, PayPal, cash on delivery, etc.).
