We don't have localization for Arabic yet.
However, if you can help us with the translation file, I'm sure we can get it up and running in a few days.
As for RTL, I believe that's a browser setting, meaning if the browser detects an RTL language (like Arabic), it automatically displays it RTL.

BTW# RTL not depending on the browser only, it needs to add it to App’s code and CSS style..! That could be done easily..
