Q: Hello, I'm close to deciding to purchase Zylvie and have some specific questions about its features.
1. Schedule Management: Does Zylvie allow clients to purchase slots on specific days and times? For example, if a brand offers services on certain days, can clients book those specific time slots through the platform?
2. Availability Blocking: Is it possible for brands to block certain dates and times when they are not available? For instance, if a brand has personal commitments, can they prevent clients from booking on those days?
3. Calendar Synchronization: Can appointments sync with Google Calendar or Apple Calendar? This would help both the brand and the client keep an updated record of appointments.
4. Use Cases: Event sessions, can Zylvie manage these? Do clients receive email confirmations after booking?
If any of these features are not currently available, will they be considered for future updates? Thank you for your help!

In brief:
1, 2, &3. It's a lot better to use TidyCal/Calendly for booking and scheduling, as this is a whole different use case and different product altogether. We can definitely handle the cart/checkout part, where you can sell different time slots (e.g. 30-min consultation for $99, 90-min consultation for $199, 120-min consultation for $249, whatever) and then either redirect the purchaser to a calendar booking page or send it to them via email.
4. Can you elaborate what "event sessions" are?
Yes, they'll be considered for future updates. That said, if the "feature" in question is really a separate product, we'll most likely integrate with 3rd-party tools rather than try to build a 100-in-1 tool, which will only result in a very poor product experience.

5. Yes, you can state that in your terms during checkout.
6. Again, that's something that's better handled by a document-signing app like DocuSign or DocHub. We can facilitate that for sure (i.e. auto-send the links to your purchasers upon purchase), but the actual document signing needs to be handled by another app.
