This is a great suggestion!
I think we can add it to the roadmap.
We'll probably also try to add some granularity to it (e.g. you can set how long you want to wait before we send the trigger, as well as a programmatic way to find out if the cart has been paid so you don't mistakenly send follow-up emails to a paid cart).
This will come in due course, we already have cart abandonment on our roadmap, so thank you for reaffirming its importance.
