HI. i've asked a question about 4 times in chat support. I've also sent and email directly and still not received any response

We've responded 4 times, and our SMTP server showed our emails as successfully delivered.

Please check your Spam folder for our responses.

You need to make sure that you've added a CNAME record in your DNS records for the name "school" and point it to "zylvie.com" -- can you ensure you've done that?

If you've done that, the CNAME magic should work almost immediately.
