Q: I’d like to use Zylvie to list services where clients can pay for feedback on work they submit to me.
Examples of things they might submit could be a link to a written document or a recorded presentation. Then I would send back to them with feedback and edits. Is it possible to set up services like this on Zylvie? If so, how?

1. Zylvie can definitely handle the front-end (collecting the payments and also collecting custom info about what kind of work it is).
I assume the pricing is fixed?
Meaning that you offer a flat rate or several flat rates or even a monthly rate?
If so, you can either use our variants feature to create multiple packages or our subscription product feature to keep your clients on retainer.
That's no problem.
2. On the back-end, I highly recommend you use a free form service like Jotform to collect the files/work from your user after they've paid.
Collecting BEFORE they paid will add a lot of unnecessary friction, and it will cause conversions to drop a lot.
You can either:
a. Redirect them to the form service URL (i.e. Jotform) right after they checkout; or
b. Send them a success email containing the Jotform link where they can upload their work.
We handle both a and b for you.
And then once that's done, you can then manually follow-up with all your clients who have paid AND uploaded their work for review.
Hope this clarifies!
With thanks,
Jay
