Q: Is support available in Zylvie website? + some questions

Hi Jay,
Is there a support email or support chat working on Zylvie's website?

Here are some questions that I posted on the website chat:
1- In "Variant and Tiers", I would like to have the same subscription options as in the "price model" subscriptions. For example, I would like to offer a product for 6 installments of 100, and the same product for 12 installments of 60, for example. Is that possible?
2- Another suggestion/question: when I choose "subscription" in "price model", if I choose 6 payments of 100 per month. It will appear 100/mo. The ideal would be 6 X 100/mo. Is that possible?
3- I created an affiliate (to test it) and afterwards deleted it. Now, if I try to reinstall it (using the same email) the system says "Already invited, please resend invite from Pending Invites page" but there is not pending invites, the list is clear

Yes, support is working. WE RESPONDED TO fcprojeto@gmail.com and fc2005@gmail.com multiple times, and our mail servers showed that it has all been delievered. Please check your SPAM FOLDERS, Promotions tabs, and whatever other folders and labels you might have.
