Q: Nice platform, but a few questions about plan features, etc.
First of all, the 5-star reviews on your site don't appear legit. For example, you show 5-stars on TrustPilot, but only actually have a 3.7 overall rating and one 5-star review that was posted back in September of this year.
In-built affiliate/referral system
It appears this system will only allowed for inviting affiliates via email. I didn't see feature for creating affiliate/referral links, which would be much easier and a "best practices" approach to sell through affiliates at scale, and not be inviting them through individual emails. Did I miss something here? This feature would otherwise be cumbersome to use.
White-labeling/Custom domain
Just curious to know, what is the additional cost to completely remove the "Powered by Zylvie" from everywhere?

Dec 23, 2024A: Hi there,
1. We'll update our TrustPilot badge, but I disagree with your insinuations of deceptiveness and dishonesty, because the way TrustPilot calculates stars is dubious to begin with. Literally by your own admission we have 1 review there and it's 5 stars. If it were Yelp, Google, G2, Capterra, etc. etc., it would have been 5 stars, because that's the industrial standard.
2. Our affiliate system is built based on our user base feedback. This is how they wanted it. We'll review if a change is necessary in the future, if sufficient demand emerges.
3. The reason we can even survive this long to provide our deal at our price is because we have in-product attribution, which allows us to sustain ourselves with a small-to-no marketing budget.
Have a look around, you won't find another deal with a feature set as complete as ours at our price point. Look at AppSumo, RocketHub, SaasZilla, private groups, wherever else people buy LTDs.
We're aware of this, and so are all of our active users.
They know it's simply not possible to give away everything for $59 (of which we only earn 45%), have it last a "lifetime" (5+ years and beyond), new features added all the time, tip-top support, and then we have to constantly grow our MRR too otherwise LTD users get antsy that we'll go belly up anytime, come on -- there's always a compromise somewhere.
Our users are happy to support us on our journey, and they're killing it on our platform, some already getting 100x ROI and beyond within a few months.
Our cart abandonment and upsell features put money in their pockets hand-over-fist with clear measurable ROI. The value is unmistakable and undeniable.
So in short, unfortunately full white label isn't something that we can offer at this price point.
If this is a critical requirement, I'm not sure we're a good match, as Zylvie just isn't for everyone.
The whole point of the free market is we're free to pick and choose who we do business with, and I'm sure there are other options out there that will fulfill your needs.
With thanks,
Jay

Hey, Jay!
Don't take offense to my comments about the reviews thing. It was just something that jumped out at me and it was not purposely intended to say or insinuate that there's deceptiveness or dishonesty in your deal :-).
I totally hear you regarding your other points. We're here to support you and take the journey with you. I do think that the platform is still worth the buy.
Hi there,
All good, just need to clarify a few things, it's not that we want to nickel-and-dime our users, but certain things are the way they are for a reason, and often an important reason.
We like to go above and beyond to serve our customers, the only exception really is when our own survival/sustainability is at stake.
Thank you for your understanding!
With thanks,
Jay

Also, I was hoping that the referrals feature would allow me to pay "referrers" or affiliates only after a certain period has elapsed; e.g., 14 days, etc. In this way, I'm not paying them for sales that had to be refunded.
Hi there,
We actually have a 30-day due period for affiliates, meaning just because a commission is "earned" doesn't mean it's immediately "due."
We follow the industrial standard here (e.g. guys like Rewardful, Partnero, etc.), because we understand not only will there inevitably be refunds but there might also be disputes, hence a buffer period is necessary.
