Q: PDF file download tracking
Does the platform support file download tracking post purchase? Meaning when the customer has placed an order and received an email with the link to download the digital file. Does the platform track that the link was click and downloaded by the customer? Considering this for evidence during any disputes raised for non-delivery.

We don't do download tracking post-purchase on the user end.
However, if you need evidence during disputes, our SMTP server (Postmark) does keep open/click statistics in their logs, so please reach out to us if you need any evidence.
