Q: Product options and Actions After the purchase
Hi Jay,
Are you offering the possibility of a call where we can quickly see if your solution can be integrated with us? It's mainly about our main products and the ability to expand them with options. The most important thing is that the orders must trigger actions in our backend afterwards (product creation, emails need to be scheduled and sent, etc.).
What would be the best way to briefly go over our requirements and determine if it’s feasible?

We have pretty extensive and elaborate post-purchase fulfillment actions.
From what you're describing, the best way to achieve what you want is to use Zapier or Pabbly (if you're familiar with those) as an intermediary for our platform to send a notification in real-time whenever a purchase happens to your platform.
You mentioned your back-end, so I suppose you have developer access to the code base?
If so, you can also simply set up a webhook endpoint on your side, and we will integrate seamlessly with your webhook to notify your platform of purchases in real time.
