Q: Questions about its use in Spain

Congratulations to you and your team. I’ve been following the Q&A and really value your ambition and how closely you engage with customers.
I have three quick questions before deciding whether to buy Zylvie and recommend it to others:
1. Where are Zylvie’s servers hosted? For GDPR reasons, we need hosting in Europe.
2. Could Zylvie work with a custom Ghost CMS setup where clients pay monthly or yearly to appear in a local business directory? I’m especially interested in the customer portal and would love to see how it works.
3. For a Spain-based business, can Zylvie handle the purchase flow and invoice delivery properly, and can sales reports be exported for VAT/accounting purposes?

1. We're hosted in the US, specifically San Francisco.
2. Yes! You can easily integrate Zylvie and Ghost CMS seamlessly by using Zapier (see: https://zapier.com/apps/zylvie/integrations/ghost). I can't show you the customer portal here, but I can assure you the customer portal allows all the usual tasks:
a. View active subscriptions
b. Cancel active subscriptions
c. Update payment details
d. Update other pertinent user details
3. Yes! We collect VAT on your behalf (for every customer based in the EU), we send them Hacienda-compliant invoices (and retain a copy for you), and you can also export sales reports anytime for your accounting purposes.
