Q: Storate Limit & Multiple Upsell/Downsell Funnel?
Hi, some questions:
1. How much storage limit is per tier?
2. Can we add (embed) a video on product page? I can not find any example?
3. Where is your knowledgebase page? We can not find any from your webiste?
4. Can we do multiple one-click upsell, downsell funnel (similar to ClickFunnels)? For example: After they paid for the main offer --> Take them to upsell page with 1 click purchase button --> They say NO, then take them to downsell --> They say YES, then show 1 more last upsell. Can we do that?

1. 150 MB limit for file uploads for now, but there's no storage limit at this time.
But PLEASE let us know if you're going to upload a lot of stuff, we'll work with you to accommodate you, but we need to have prior notice.
Most of our users upload light files like PDFs and templates, we just need a little heads-up to monitor the performance of the server.
2. Yes, you can embed a YouTube video on the product page. It must be uploaded on YouTube first.
3. We don't have a knowledge base for now. Our product should be pretty self-serve, but if you hit a snag, just drop us a message in the chat widget or write us an email, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
4. Downsells isn't a feature yet, but we'll definitely look into it in Q1 2025.
