A: Hi there,

We have a lot of users switching over from Thrivecart.

We have better support, for one. From the users who switched over, I heard their support has been abandoned for over a year now (again, this is what we heard from those who switched over -- we're too busy to really check out what's going on with our competitors).

We respond very swiftly to support queries, we communicate all the time -- just do a search for the word "support" in our reviews, you'll know this isn't hot air.

There are some basic features we have that they lack, for example, we allow you to check out multiple items in your cart, a feature that Thrivecart surprisingly doesn't have.

Thrivecart also seems to only cover the bottom-most part of the funnel. They do landing/checkout pages. We do landing/checkout pages PLUS the entire storefront too, if you don't have a storefront/site yet. Plus we also allow you to embed our cart in your existing site, if you already have one, something which to my knowledge they lack.

Lastly, I'll just quote what one of our users who switched over, Seth, said:

"Zylvie offers different storefronts and brands within a single account -- this is powerful beyond belief, and something that I've been limited to by ThriveCart for years. Then I came across Zylvie and I have already gotten more excitement and function out of it in just 48 hours than many years with ThriveCart."

So there are many reasons, Thrivecart seems to be a very specialized tool (if you want to build specific killer landing pages with a specific type of funnel), but Zylvie seems to cover more ground. Similarities are we allow you to do upsells, multiple bump offers, cart abandonment (not sure if they do it honestly), and the purchase assurances at checkout like testimonials, benefit lists, and trust signals.

Note that all these are to the best of my knowledge -- my knowledge might be outdates -- truthfully we're too busy working on our own product here to investigate what's going on with our competitors!

With thanks,
Jay
