If you mean you're trying to gather info from every buyer at checkout, we highly recommend you use a separate form service (like Jotform, Typeform, etc.) to collect all the necessary info.

In our experience, collecting a large amount of info (much less uploads like images) before payment kills conversion/sales, because now there's more friction + decision-making to be done at once.

We allow our sellers to collect a few basic info (text, dropdown, checkboxes) at checkout if they want, but beyond that, we highly recommend that you collect info *after* payment.

Secure the sale first, and then redirect them to a form or email them the link to the form to collect additional details afterwards (our platform handles this automatically).
