JohnnyKangQ: Zylvie for Gift Certificates?
Has anyone figured out a way to use Zylvie for selling gift certificates? I've already created the designs in Canva and set them up in Zylvie with the ad copy and upsells but is there a way for the buyer to enter additional info if they're buying for someone else as a gift? If for someone else, we would need an email address and personalized message for the recipient. And what would be the best way to validate a gift certificate? (Asking them for their name when they check in and referencing the purchase in zylvie or google sheets? and is there a way to mark it as "used"?) I'm really hoping that this would be possible to utilize for gift certificates and any help is greatly appreciated!

This is a rare specialized use case, but let me try to understand it better.
What are these gift certificates for, where are they intended to be used?
There's no mechanism at this time to buy "on behalf of" another person, and there's also no mechanism to "redeem" these gift certificates yet.
We haven't had anyone with this use case yet, but if I can understand how you intend to use these gift certificates, I might be able to help.

Thanks for your super fast response Jay! This is for a health spa facility and we want to sell gift certificates for day spa passes as well as for body scrub/massage services. You can refund a purchase from the Transactions page.
You can't delete a purchase. We might add a feature to hide purchases, but we'll have to assess because it might cause confusion if users accidentally hide a purchase or intentionally hide a purchase but want to look for it again.
