THIS PRODUCT FAILS TO DELIVER AND I CANNOT RECOMMEND

I initially really liked this product because it made creating pages simple and intuitive. For a while, everything worked smoothly and I enjoyed using it.
However, over the past month, I began experiencing a major issue: I would create and fully polish a page exactly as I always had, only for the page to suddenly disappear and display a blank “ERROR” screen instead. This happened repeatedly despite following the same process I had used successfully before.
What has been even more frustrating than the technical failure itself is the complete lack of customer support. I have sent around a dozen emails and support messages asking for help and received virtually no meaningful assistance. No one properly investigated the issue, no one followed through, and I was largely ignored throughout the process.
At one point, Jay reached out asking whether I had been helped yet. I replied honestly that I had not — and after that, I never heard back again. That interaction made the situation feel even more dismissive and frustrating.
It’s incredibly disappointing because Zylvie initially seemed like a promising platform, but when serious issues arose, the support and accountability simply were not there. When your system fails and customers cannot access or publish their work, ignoring them is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app. The combination of ongoing technical problems, lack of support, and poor communication left me feeling extremely disappointed and misled.

Beware - transactions may not always show up in panel
UPDATED from 1 to 4 tacos because they reached out to me by email, which I did receive.
They explained that some Cloudflare changes apparently stopped the support chat from working. They have since removed the chatbot entirely, and at this point there appears to be no published way to contact them. I could not find a phone number or email address anywhere on the site.
They did fix my issue, and I appreciate that they eventually reached out and resolved things. It is unfortunate that this happened, though. A shopping cart platform needs to be reliable, and paying customers should have a clear and dependable way to reach support.
So, -1 taco for that.

I tried out Zylvie and was initially impressed. But then I received an email from a customer asking about his order. He showed me PayPal receipts confirming the purchase, but there was no record of the order anywhere in my Zylvie dashboard.
I checked PayPal on my end, and sure enough, the transaction was there. I had received the money, and the PayPal order even stated it was from Zylvie. But inside Zylvie? Nothing. No order. No email notification. It was like the transaction never happened.
I reached out to support, but no one has responded.
That is not a good sign. Buyer beware.
UPDATE: I have submitted a support ticket 4 times over three days. There has been no reply.

Please write into us again, as we didn't receive any correspondence from you (though it might be due to our server upgrading yesterday -- which we did to serve our vendors better -- which may have also disrupted our mail servers temporarily, it was a small several-hour window but your email might have slipped right through...

Stellar product with a highly responsive developer
It's been a while since I first purchased Zylvie. My primary use case isn't ecommerce — that's lower down the totem pole for me. I'm using it for digital downloads (lead magnets), sales packages (ads on my site, directory listing upgrades), and I plan to add a few physical products eventually.
I purchased Zylvie, hoping I could make it work to sell tickets and digital punch cards. I've bugged Jay many times, and he is always kind and helpful with my out-of-the-ordinary questions.
After much trial and error, I HAVE successfully created a system with Zylvie and ElkQR for dynamic QR code ticketing. Buyers purchase through Zylvie, they get an email sent to them with a unique QR code that is scannable to redeem. I also have a touch to redeem option instead of the QR code.
Zylvie is a great product, but there are plenty of great products with not-so-great support. Jay is the exception to the rule. I've pitched ideas to him. Some he's implemented, others he tells me they'll have to look into it, but he's always responsive and gives you an answer. There's a reason this product has 5 tacos. Grab it.

I wanted to sell a course online for the US market, but I'm in Canada. Stripe was giving me headaches. I couldn't get a clean checkout screen only showing USD. I tried everything and it was always offering CAD too.
I went on a search for a checkout software, found Zylvie here.
The interface is hyper simple and easy and the integration with Pabbly Connect and other automation software is great. Support is quick. I noticed a bug and wrote to Jay. It was fixed very quickly in less than half a day.
One thing I really liked is how the webhook automatically sends a test transaction including all of the possible info. I was able to set up automations easily for normal and for people using the option to buy as a gift to someone.
I didn't use it that much yet, but I purchased a way higher tier than I needed, mainly because I like to support good developpers as much as I can.
If you want a good and simple checkout app, this is awesome. Don't sleep on this deal.
