I want the team to succeed; however, they need to do a better job at taking care of customer needs. The cart is still a pretty good solution, and I understand that the team gets hammered with feature requests to improve it. However, if a request aligns with the mission of Zylvie Cart, then they shouldn't ignore it. I was very patient, and Zylvie lacks LMS functionality today, so I recommended that they integrate with Academy LMS, a WordPress plugin available on AppSumo, or work on a native LMS

I was instructed to purchase automation tools, etc., instead of performing the integration, which would have benefited all users. As part of your mission to help users complete digital checkouts, such as e-books, this would make Zylvie Cart more complete in the digital checkout arena. People have also continually requested courses that they can control through an LMS. I understand pushing aside all my other feature requests since they weren't fully aligned with the mission, but that is one everyone wants, not just me.

I might go back to 5 tacos, but I have already purchased a fully integrated solution, which really irritated me since I was waiting patiently for months. So, Zylive is pretty good for what it offers, but it is missing a critical piece: an LMS. The team needs to understand that you treat all your customers the same, whether they are LTD holders or subscription-based.
