Looks nice, can't use it because of bugs
I recently purchased the cart software and unfortunately, my experience has been quite frustrating. While the initial purchase process was smooth, I quickly encountered issues when trying to add products and categories. The website is displaying numerous errors in the console, giving the impression that it was launched hastily. This raises concerns about whether this tool is suitable for use in a production environment when launching my various shops.
Despite my attempt to resolve this through their chat support, I have yet to receive a response or solution. The lack of communication has left me feeling stuck and disappointed, as I can't utilize the software I paid for.
Overall, I hope to see improvements in their customer service and functionality of the software soon. For now, I can't recommend Zylvie based on my experience.

Apologies you had a bad experience.
This was a once-off, and while dealing with so many feature requests and constant pressure from our user base to always keep adding new features, we might have made a release too soon just last night.
I fixed it immediately first thing in the morning.
We're constantly working on the product, this is definitely not a stagnant product, and we responded and fixed all the bugs you mentioned within 8 hours (and that was because I was sleeping/resting after a long night of coding and shipping features, otherwise it would have been fixed within the hour).
I can't help but to feel so guilty that I left a product with 1 or 2 bugs and went to bed (I logged off at 12am last night), and this morning I woke up to a series of emails saying that people can't add their products.
Immediately I rushed to roll out a fix and answered every single email. I felt so bad that people couldn't add a product, and now this. The hits just keep coming.
As of right now, I've not even gone to the bathroom yet, brushed my teeth, showered, etc. I rushed to the computer first thing in the morning to fix all the issues.
I want you to know this is a once-off, as you can see from our other reviews, our users are generally happy with our product. It's stable, people are generating revenue from it, and we've processed thousands upon thousands of dollars in transactions with no issues whatsoever. It's stable and has been "prime time" for a while now.
This is out very-first 3-Taco review, and we take this extremely seriously. I just feel like I'm trying my very best to serve our users, the pressure is constant and unending, and I give my all to deliver feature after feature after feature (just see our roadmap updates @ https://zylvie.com/roadmap, I don't think any product has such frequent updates; if there are, I haven't seen it), and, while I understand sometimes users can be unforgiving no matter how hard we work for them and no matter what we do, I just want to put it out there that I put my life and soul into this product, and my users are my top priority, period.
I just don't want anyone out there to think that this is some slipshod product put out there to harvest money or to make a quick buck, with no support, no care for the customer. This is furthest from the truth, as you can see from our other reviews.
