THIS PRODUCT FAILS TO DELIVER AND I CANNOT RECOMMEND
Here’s a much stronger, clearer, and more professional version that still keeps the emotional truth and frustration intact without sounding messy or overly reactive:
I initially really liked this product because it made creating pages simple and intuitive. For a while, everything worked smoothly and I enjoyed using it.
However, over the past month, I began experiencing a major issue: I would create and fully polish a page exactly as I always had, only for the page to suddenly disappear and display a blank “ERROR” screen instead. This happened repeatedly despite following the same process I had used successfully before.
What has been even more frustrating than the technical failure itself is the complete lack of customer support. I have sent around a dozen emails and support messages asking for help and received virtually no meaningful assistance. No one properly investigated the issue, no one followed through, and I was largely ignored throughout the process.
At one point, Jay reached out asking whether I had been helped yet. I replied honestly that I had not — and after that, I never heard back again. That interaction made the situation feel even more dismissive and frustrating.
It’s incredibly disappointing because Zylvie initially seemed like a promising platform, but when serious issues arose, the support and accountability simply were not there. When your system fails and customers cannot access or publish their work, ignoring them is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app. The combination of ongoing technical problems, lack of support, and poor communication left me feeling extremely disappointed and misled.

May 23, 2026Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback!
We've reached out multiple times to you on this, please let us know if you've received our emails.
And if you haven't been receiving our emails, apologies for that -- we've reached to your @proton.me email multiple times re: this issue.
The main reason your pages weren't working was that you pasted your Linktree URL into the custom domain field in Settings > White Label.
That field is NOT meant for your random URLs, but only for a domain or subdomain whose DNS records you've pointed to our servers.
When you do that (add a random URL), the system assumes that it's a custom domain and assumes you've done the DNS changes.
This is why the pages "aren't working" -- it's because you had the Linktree URL in the custom domain.
When you have that, the system uses that URL as the root URL, hence the 404s you were experiencing.
I just checked your site, and all pages are working now as expected, ever since you removed the Linktree URL.
I appreciate you reaching out and letting your frustrations be known.
We take every piece of feedback seriously, and we trust that your issue has been resolved right now.
We would be honored to re-earn your trust, and we will do better from hereon to that very goal.
With thanks,
Jay
