Im doing surveys with new leads from facebook ads and send the information to Acitve Campaing to according fields like

Right now we do this via typeform. Can Zonka do the same? Is AC a normal or a premium integration?

What are the premium integrations?

Can i include tracking codes (Google/facebook) in surveys?
Will it forward utm information?

- Yes, you can run surveys to capture new leads from Facebook and add them to Active Campaign with the fields you add in your Zonka Feedback survey.
- Active Campaign is a normal integration, not a premium one, so available in all plans.
- Our premium integrations include Intercom, Hubspot, Salesforce (coming soon)
- Including tracking codes for Google and Facebook will be available soon.
- Forwarding UTM information is possible right now.
- You can customize the Thank you page, but multiple Thank you pages are not possible. We're also adding the ability for conditional redirects wherein you can redirect the user to different links after they've completed the survey, based on conditions you set.

Q: How does visitor per month works?

How does it count since we are sending out survey via emails?

500,000 is a lot. Please consider raising the limit if we stack more codes.

The visitor per month is related to Website Surveys - if you embed survey on your website of use popups, slide outs.

This count is not included in Email or SMS Surveys.

You can sync/add up to 50 External Users in your plan. External Users are your users that you can get rating for from customers, like Support Agents. Based on ratings for External Users, you can see your Team Report in Analytics.

SMS Surveys go with message and survey link. Customers can click on the link, open the survey on their browser and respond. It is not 2 way SMS.
