After using Calendly for years and paying monthly fees, our little business switched to TidyCal. Not only are we saving money, but the features are everything we need for a business of our size.
info8707WJune 20255 out of 5 tacosBought on AppSumoRead the review I didn't think anything could be better than Calendly for booking meetings, but here I am leaving a 5 star (taco?) review for TidyCal! The big thing for me is to check my personal and business calendars to make sure I'm REALLY available.
gandalf6June 20245 out of 5 tacosBought on AppSumoRead the review I picked up TidyCal when I got tired of paying monthly for what should be a solved problem: letting people book time with me without the back-and-forth email dance.

Questions people ask before they buy
A booking tool. You share one link, people pick a time that's open on your calendars, and the meeting lands on your calendar with a video link and reminders.
Yes: Individual Plan is $29 and Agency Plan is $79, paid once, with updates included and 60 days to get your money back (what's included).
Yes: one person keeps $571 over 5 years, and a team of 4 pays $79 once instead of $3,840 on Calendly Teams (see your number).
Calendly Free gives you 1 booking page. Standard is $10 a person a month billed yearly, which is $120 a person every year, or $12 month to month. Teams is $16 a person a month billed yearly ($192 a year).
Yes: AppSumo builds and supports TidyCal, and it's rated 4.3 out of 5 out of 5 across 937 reviews (read what buyers say).

Agency Plan is the biggest plan on this deal: you plus 3 teammates for $79 once. You can't buy two to cover more people, so for a bigger team, see TidyCal's own plans.
Yes. TidyCal Free has unlimited booking pages and checks one calendar, and the $29 plan checks up to 10. Coming from Calendly Free? That plan gives you one booking page and checks one calendar.
Yes, for free on every plan: TidyCal copies your booking pages, bookings and contacts, and your Calendly account stays as it is while you switch (see the steps).
Yes. Every TidyCal plan connects Apple Calendar along with Google and Outlook. Calendly stopped adding new iCloud Calendar connections on Aug. 20, 2024, so older connections still work but you can't add a new one.
It's a fee on payments you take when clients book. On Free, Individual Plan and Agency Plan, TidyCal keeps 1% of each Stripe payment, on top of Stripe's own fee. You pick whether it comes out of your payout or gets added to the client's price. If you don't take payments, you never pay it. Pro ($99 a year) removes it.
TidyCal: $29 once for one person or $79 for a team of up to 4, with updates included (compare features).
No. Every paid Calendly plan bills monthly or yearly, so the closest thing is TidyCal's one-time price on AppSumo.
