However, I find the "subaccounts feature" to be "very confusing". Here is why

Custom domain does not appear on 2 codes so I create a new agency under my agency which is really "confusing" and then it creates a multi-level agency that I don't want. So for an explanation here is a sample setup
Master Agency - subdomain.master.com (issued 3 codes) Sub Agency - helpdesk.domain.com (issued 2 codes) Actual Client under Sub Agency - helpdesk.domain.com (redeemed 2 codes)
Hope they fix it soon-er, rather than later. Noticed they added surveys, customer portal, and other channels coming soon like instagram, youtube, line, etc.
...and IT WORKS! I was using a solution that was almost the same as Abhisi and I was paying over $300 a year for it. Switche to Abhisi, and I haven't had any problems. I'm using one version with multiple businesses. I would highly recommend using this app.
CONS -There is a serious latency issue especially when switching between mailboxes. -lot of Bugs. There are lots of error message being encountered both in BUI and Mobile App -There are delays in receiving emails. Not auto refreshing, we have to always click refresh to get the fresh messages. -Some emails are totally not being received. - No live chat and when reaching to customer support, we dont get any replies.
CONCLUSION: -Find other app. This is just a waste of time and money.
I see some people provide 5 tacos when some apps don't deserve it. It´s cheap compare to the "real" price? Yes. But I wouldn't pay what they ask for. Better go to a more "cooked" and pro tool.

You see something like "jey24may" rather than the name of the person who sent the email. Sometimes you see "Srs0=Eeezu8=Jf=Airtableemail.Com=Bounce+8297A3.293F67-Cursos=domain.com". A lot of way from improvement. - The format of the incoming emails sometimes don't respect the HTML so the message is all in one line, no breaklines... - Translation is... not worth it.
It's working well to send emails but not brilliant.
