I purchased your service, and your software is not working. I noticed that it's very difficult to contact your support team. The help button in the dashboard section in the members area is not working. The chat with support option is also not working. You also do not have a contact us button on your home page. Just wondering if you are supporting this software, and why it's so hard to get assistance from your company? How can I contact your support team? Thanks!
Hi I have bought and am using your software, the emails generated don't take us to our white labelled subdomain specified in settings when clicking on 'Full Report' I'm happy to edit the email and forward on for now but any fixes for this in the pipeline?
